San Salvador, El Salvador Organized in conjunction with the Organization of American States’ December 11 forum on Sustainable Energy for Central and North America, this one-day executive session will build on the OAS discussion on sustainable energy by focusing on the role of the private sector. Key themes will include: Renewable energy development, the role of biofuels, carbon trading, the challenges and opportunities for energy integration and the implications of the current investment climate for the region.
