The Institute of the Americas and UC San Diego Health are honored to welcome Mexico’s Deputy General Manager and Chief of the National Patient Safety Certification System, Dr. Sara Fonseca-Castañol, during her presentation on quality health services in Mexico and the Council’s contribution to the National Strategy Against Noncommunicable Diseases, with California’s Bi-national health systems and other local health stakeholders. Another topic to be covered is obesity and diabetes.
