Claudia Pessagno is an Associate Director of Companies & Transactions Research at IHS Markit within the Upstream division. She is responsible for international company research, focusing on the equity analysis, valuation, and capital & portfolio strategies of oil and gas companies in Latin America. Her coverage includes most major National Oil Companies (NOCs), Integrated Oil Companies (IOCs), and E&P companies in the region. Ms. Pessagno joined IHS Markit in 2006. She is fluent in Spanish. Ms. Pessagno holds a B.A. (Spanish Language/Latin American Studies) and an M.A. (International Political Economy & Development) from Fordham University.
