Jared Cutright joined ConocoPhillips in January 2016 as Manager, International Government Affairs & Political Risk in Washington, DC.

In this role, he is responsible for assessing and generating corporate positions on the political risk dynamics affecting ConocoPhillips’ international operations and investments, and for designing and executing advocacy strategies intended to mitigate those risks in concert with the company’s overseas business units.

Before joining ConocoPhillips, Jared spent 11 years with the U.S. intelligence community where he held a variety of analytic, executive support, and operational support roles culminating as Director, Congressional & Intergovernmental Affairs for naval intelligence programs.

Jared earned a bachelor’s degree in international studies and history from Centre College (KY) and holds a master’s degree in government from Johns Hopkins University.
