Manuel Perez Dubuc leads Fluence’s efforts to accelerate energy storage adoption globally and transform the way we power our world to ensure a more sustainable future. Before joining Fluence as CEO, Manuel sat on the Fluence Board of Directors and spent more than 10 years in various senior leadership roles at AES. During his 2009 to 2011 hiatus from AES, he led the Meiya Power Company (MPC) as Chairman & CEO. Manuel holds an MBA in finance from IESA and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Universidad Simón Bolívar and has followed Executive Leadership Programs at the University of Virginia and Georgetown University.
